When making a referral to another legal service agency, please
provide the following:

1)         an application for services clearly filled out by the client

2)         a copy of ALL paperwork which pertains to the case

3)         a memorandum and/or letter explaining the legal matter in question for referral

4)         you can fax ( if there are not too many papers involved) or mail the packet to the particular agency that may be able to assist you

5)         when unsure what county, please call the agency first to confirm
